About

Welcome! I decided to start this blog on my third year abroad, in what I had hoped would be the highlight of my degree (I was not disappointed!) and also so that my family could check I was still alive and not struggling by on euro cents/stranded in Malaga/actually studying…

Here you’ll find some anecdotes *there are quite a few*, cringe-worthy moments and also a little bit of culture I picked up during my Erasmus experience, and how my time being a dopey foreign-exchange student inspired me to extend this living abroad malarky, and try it out for reals (post-university/post first office job/post first quarter-life crisis).

So here are some of my travel journal entries, the good, the bad, the ugly (the sunburnt), but above all, the memorable. Enjoy!
